Review: The title of the film is the title of the script for the proposed movie Agent Tony Mendez (Ben Affleck) set as a cover for a rescue mission approximately six Americans held as a guest with some Canadian officials in Iran to arrest by Iranian terrorists to avoid during the hostage crisis of 1979-1980. Presented as a true 70s movies in a documentary-like style, its time to get to the climax. You certainly have the support of such a worthy John Goodman, Alan Arkin, Bryan Cranston and contribute immensely to the compelling drama of the situation and direction Afflecks not seem to falsely presenting the way things happened during that period of time but I am sure some liberties were taken. So on that note, Argo is recommended as a historical drama. P. S. Want a lot of old news footage including one from ABC to watch late night repeat of say Love Boat will be delayed by 15 minutes Couples Ted latest report on Iran's development. It will eventually Nightline. Oh, and this is the second time I watched the movie with the 70s version of the logo Warner Bros. presents this year. The first time Mike was magic.
